Which countries do you ship to?
We offer free delivery across UAE and orders placed before 11am will be delivered same day on working day and beyond 11am will be delivered next working day.

How can I track my order
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been completed. Our team will then prepare and pack your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive another email containing your tracking link.

Can i change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us here or email us at info-uae@suubalm.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to update your delivery address.
what should i do if my order arrives damaged or has missing items?
If you have received incorrect/faulty product(s) or missing item(s) in your order, please contact us here or email us at info-uae@suubalm.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the below information:
- Order number
- Contact Number
- Photos of what you have received
We will verify the details and advise you on the next steps.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item(s), subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days upon receiving the order
- Return are strictly for orders made via suubalm.ae only
- Product must be unopened, unused and in their original purchase condition
- All gifts, including sample sachets, must be returned in original purchase condition
- Item purchased as bundle must be returned as a whole bundle
- Customer will pay for the return shipping fee, via trackable courier.
- A full refund of the product cost will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Good Pharma Dermatology will inspect the product(s) before processing the refund
When will I receive my refund after it has been approved?
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method between 7-14 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
